Jordan Gunn is a New York-born, New Jersey-shaped & Los Angeles-raised multihyphenate.

From a young age, he knew he needed to be on the big screen — so much so that he managed to land himself on a Cartoon Network commercial campaign twice — all without his parents’ knowing.

A natural mover, Jordan has had his foot on the gas since childhood. Juggling track, parkour & hip-hop, these skills would lay the foundation for his physicality as an actor. Spending his formative years enrolled at Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences, his passion for performance solidified while in participating in theatre through middle & high school.

Additionally, he enrolled in the Advanced & Professional Conservatory weekend programs at industry acting coach Gary Spatz’ The Playground.

Now in his third year at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, he is pursuing a BFA in Drama with a double minor in Producing and the Business of Entertainment, Media & Technology. During his studies, he’s received further acting, voice and movement training from the Atlantic Acting School and Experimental Theatre Wing.

Jordan is dedicated to creating stories that amplify diverse voices and perspectives. He firmly believes that young kids of color deserve to see themselves properly and accurately reflected on screen stage. Many of his projects are coded with message to kids like him:

“Listen, we can be whatever we dream of too!”

Aside from these endeavors, you can usually find Jordan yapping about all things Marvel, running up his AMC A-List Membership, going for a run, gaming or reciting the entire opening monologue of Ferris Bueller’s Day Off… all with a pair of headphones on.
